Business Development Executive (Software Industry)

About the Role:
Looking for an experienced BDE with a software/IT background to grow domestic and international business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business and manage full sales cycle.

  • Build client relationships with CXOs.

  • Identify needs and propose software solutions (SaaS, ERP, CRM, Cloud).

  • Achieve targets through lead generation and deal closures.

  • Collaborate with internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).

  • 5+ years experience in IT/software sales.

  • Strong sales record & communication skills.

  • Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho).

  • Ability to travel for meetings
